George Wyndham Founder’s Reserve Cabernet Merlot is a full-bodied rich style displaying distinctive varietal Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot characteristics.
Colour: Deep red with vibrant purple hues.
Bouquet: Ripe plum and blueberry fruit aromas underlined with traces of mint and spice provide an intensely fragrant bouquet. Integrated cedar oak nuances with some complex bottle development add further interest to the nose.
Palate: A full-bodied rich style displaying distinctive varietal Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot characteristics of dark chocolate and blackberry fruits, red currants and spice complemented by subtle cedar and vanilla oak characters. Ripe mouth filling grape tannins provide length and texture.
