Classy with vibrant fruit aromas of melon and lemons, supported with the complex peat, meal and understated vanillin aromas, which come from natural fermentation in barrel. The palate offers a wonderful combination of restraint and richness. The lingering flavours mirror the nose, and are framed with poised acidity and a textural mid palate.

Pale straw in colour. Heady aromas of lemon blossom, snowpeas and lemon thyme are enhanced by a hint of sweet orange sherbert. The full, textured palate displays grilled asparagus, a flamboyant squeeze of citrus and a hint of dried herbs. It finishes long and focused with vibrant and cleansing acidity.

Jacob’s Creek Classic Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a light to medium-bodied Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc blend. It has fresh grapefruit, lemon and passionfruit flavours, with an elegant finish. This light to medium-bodied Semillon and Chardonnay blend boasts ripe melon, nectarine and fresh citrus flavours with a soft smooth finish. Enjoy on its own, with grilled chicken or pasta.

Generous and soft with lashings of peach, quince and citrus balanced by vanillin oak and creamy malolactic ferment flavours. The wine has obvious presence by combining fruit intensity, oak aging and malolactic fermentation for a modern twist on a classic 

Colour Pale straw with vibrant green hues. Bouquet Fragrant lemongrass and citrus with nuances of gooseberry Palate Fine crisp palate with zesty citrus lime and fresh cut grass. An elegant soft wine with vibrancy and finesse.  

The grapes were picked early to retain freshness and acidity. A small portion of the Chardonnay was fermented in seasoned French oak adding depth, complexity and structure to the wine. Aromas of citrus fruits, melon and white peach lead to bright tropical fruit flavours on the palate with refreshing acidity. On the finish hints of vanilla and cashew nut are derived from partial new French oak barrel maturation.

Grand Barossa Riesling grapes are selected from our estate vineyards on the Biscay soils of Tanunda and the deep sands of the Vine Vale sub-regions. Some of these vines are 100+ years in age, adding to the complexity and depth of flavour of this wine.  It is this tapestry of ‘terroirs’ which enables us to create our classic and refined house style. Aromas of aromatic musk, ginger and zesty citrus lead to textured stonefruit flavours on the palate with a crisp refreshing finish. Although drinking beautifully now this wine may be cellared for up to eight years from vintage.

The juice was fermented in stainless steel to capture the intense fruit aromas and aromatic flavours typical of full flavoured Chardonnay. Vineyard A quintessential Australian wine that has full flavours harnessed from the sunny vineyard regions of South Eastern Australia, with great fruit characters of the Murray Darling region and Central Ranges, NSW.
