How do I register?
Simplicity and convenience are at the heart of our business. Therefore the registration process should reflect that. Click on the registration button on the top right-hand corner of the page and simply fill the online form with all your details. Et voila, complete!
Do I have to register to place an order?
Not necessarily! You may use guest check out to make your purchase. But by registering with us you will automatically become a member and receive the perks we have in store for you!
How do I place an order?
Step 1: Sign in to your account or register (if you are a newcomer to our site) on the top right-hand corner of the page.
Step 2: Add to cart the items of your choice and you will be directed to your account info page. Fill in the necessary fields.
Step 3: Select your favourite payment method. (Find out more below -hyperlinked)
Step 4: Proceed to wait for your purchase to be delivered to you at your convenience.
What happen after I have placed my order?
Orders received on weekdays between 9am 10 4pm:
Your purchase invoice will be generated on the day itself. And if your order was placed in the morning before 12 pm; you can expect same day afternoon delivery at the soonest.
Orders received after 4pm on weekdays; during the weekend or on public holidays:
Your purchase will be processed the next working day after which necessary arrangements will be made for delivery.

Payment Modes & Policy
*Please note that all payments via bank transfer requires an immediate transaction before the release of goods.*
If you choose to pay via PayPal; you will find yourself redirected to PayPal’s transaction page. Follow the instructions on the site and you’re sorted!
We will email you your purchase invoice with our account details, so all you have to do is make the transfer and once your payment has been credited to our account we will immediately process your order for delivery. If payment was made between 3 pm – 6pm, you can then expect your order from 10am - 1pm or 3pm - 6pm the next working day.
Credit Card via SGE Pay
After your purchase invoice have been issued, we will send a payment link to your email address or phone (if you prefer), after which all you have to do is follow the instructions provided, ensure that the transaction is successful, we will then process your order for delivery.
*Please bear in mind that if you choose this mode of payment, there will be a 3% charged to your purchase*
Cash on collection only. We strictly do not accept cheque.
Immediate Bank transfers
We will email you your purchase invoice with our account details, so all you have to do is make the transfer.
